Happy New Year – Best Wishes from Impart
First and foremost, we would like to extend our thanks to those who continue to face the challenges posed by Covid-19 and sympathies to those who have lost loved ones. We are grateful to have been able to continue supporting our customers over the past year, despite the many ups and downs the country has faced, and look forward to working with them closely this year when, hopefully, things will start to get back to normal.
After a busy start to 2020, we welcomed Chloe to the team who, unfortunately, spent one day in the office before the national lockdown was imposed. Despite this, she has become a valued member of the team, working to support our customers across many sectors and being responsible for some of our key business development activities.
Speaking of customers, we’ve been delighted to support many more over the past year, including connectivity providers, law firms, archaeological service providers, software specialists, civil engineering companies and multi-channel transactional/business critical document distributors. We have many long-standing relationships too and have engaged with them throughout the year, including supporting a number to get onto the G-Cloud 12 framework (along with ourselves).
We’ve shared many other successes as well and, testament to how critically important our customers find our support, we have a growing number of testimonials and case studies (which will be available to view on our new website soon). Due to this, we are currently recruiting for another new member of the team.
As for many organisations, 2020 was different for us, working from home and not a day going by with at least one of us saying, “You’re on mute”. We had our virtual festive drinks party in the “Impart Arms”, over Microsoft Teams, which, despite not being in person, was a great evening and a wonderful way to end a busy year.
We want to wish everyone a happy new year and all the best for what will be another challenging year.
